Biography

Mr. Binion graduated from Spring Hill College (B.A.) and holds a law degree (J.D.) from the University of Alabama School of Law. The Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity member served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves. 

 

A Mobile native, Mr. Binion serves as an officer and director of numerous civic, charitable and social organizations. Mr. Binion is a leader in Mobile’s economic and industrial development efforts through his representation of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Mobile and the Industrial Park Board of Mobile County.

 

Mack is married to Judy Ogletree of Columbus, Georgia and they have two grown children and one granddaughter.


Experience

The former General Counsel for the Medical Association for the State of Alabama, Mr. Binion has served on the Executive Committee of the Mobile Bar Association. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Binion practices in all State and Federal Courts in Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Binion is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.
