Biography

Growing up with a family construction business, Tiffany knows firsthand the fact that a business has to be ready for anything. With a broad background in civil litigation, Tiffany has specialized in a variety of fields including corporate law, state and municipal law, eminent domain, condemnation, bond and surety matters, probate, real property, and construction law.

Tiffany enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their difficulties, and solving their problems. She believes you cannot effectively advocate for your clients without developing an in-depth understanding of their business. Her clients include construction, healthcare, and marine industry entities, among others.

n addition, Tiffany’s practice includes the fields of eminent domain, condemnation, state and local government law, and representation of government employees. Tiffany is also approved to serve as a State of Alabama Deputy Attorney General to the Alabama Department of Transportation.
